A belated Happy New Year to all and a heartfelt invitation to please come along and audition for my production of 'Cider With Rosie' by Laurie Lee. If you don't know, the book from which the play is adapted is a brief summation: Cider With Rosie is an autobiographical play about Laurie's childhood and coming of age beginning just as WW1 is ending and the family.  His mother, accompanied by her six children, arrives at their cottage home in Gloucestershire. It follows their life and adventures in a village populated with a rich selection of true English eccentrics and is full of gentle humour and some poignant moments.
