SOMEONE WHO'LL WATCH OVER ME - MAR 2026

Directed by RICHARD GREENHORN

It was with huge regret that following the very late and unexpected withdrawal of a cast member, Arundel Players had to cancel this production.

An Englishman, an Irishman, and an American ... no, it's not a joke but a psychological drama that explores the struggle for survival, the resilience of the human spirit, and the power of human connection in the face of extreme adversity. The play is about how three men held hostage in a cell in Lebanon, initially prone to conflict due to their differences, develop an extraordinary friendship as they use their wit, imagination, and humour to survive and maintain their sanity.

RULES FOR LIVING - FEB 2026

Directed by YASMIN NIXON

A brilliantly funny and sharply observed modern comedy, Rules for Living takes place over one chaotic Christmas Day, where two grown-up brothers, their partners, and their mother gather for the annual family meal. As the turkey cooks and tensions rise, each character follows their own unwritten “rules” of behaviour — coping mechanisms that spiral into farce and emotional mayhem. Part board game, part psychological experiment, the play explores how our hidden patterns and learned behaviours govern our lives, often with disastrous results. It’s witty, clever, and full of heart.
